Cocktail recipe The fifth element
- Cut off the top of a grapefruit and carefully remove the pulp
- Place a grapefruit wedge into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the grapefruit
- Garnish with a mint sprig
