Cocktail recipe City of dreams
- Fill the cognac glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 1 oz of lemon juice, 1 dash of apple cider vinegar, and 0.25 oz of amaro into the shaker
- Add 3 dashes of fennel bitters, 0.75 oz of rhubarb liqueur, and 2 oz of London dry gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake carefully
- Pour through a strainer into the cognac glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and an orchid flower
