Cocktail recipe Zuke
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes
- Make 0.5 oz of cucumber juice and pour it into the glass
- Pour in 2 oz of homemade tomato water and 0.75 oz of sloe gin
- Add 0.15 oz of white wine vinegar and 1 oz of homemade shiso-kombu vodka
- Carefully stir with a bar spoon
