Cocktail recipe Above the clouds
- Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
- Pour 0.35 oz of fig syrup, 0.35 oz of amaro and 2 oz of aged rum into a mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of lavender bitters
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Place wood chips with chocolate into a smoking gun
- Place the rocks glass under a bell jar and infuse with smoke for a few minutes
- Garnish with fig wedges on a cocktail skewer and a lavender sprig
