Cocktail recipe Sorrel lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place a bunch of sorrel leaves and 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a blender
- Pour in 2 oz of still water
- Blend without ice and fine strain into the pitcher
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with 5 slices of ginger root and 5 raspberries
