Cocktail recipe Skittles
- Cut off the top of a lemon and carefully remove the pulp
- Place 2 strawberries into a mixing glass and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of limoncello
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Finely strain into the lemon
- Garnish with the lemon top and a strawberry on a cocktail skewer
