Cocktail recipe Parkside fizz
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 10 mint leaves into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of almond syrup and 2 oz of citrus vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig
