Cocktail recipe The grass by the sea
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 10 mint leaves, a chopped half of lemon into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.5 oz of absinthe and 1 oz of vodka
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the highball glass
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wedge on a cocktail skewer
