Cocktail recipe Charles sazerac
- Place a cane sugar cube into a rocks glass
- Soak it with 1 dash of Angostura bitters and muddle
- Pour 0.15 oz of absinthe, 2 oz of bourbon and 1 oz of aged cognac into the rocks glass
- Add 5 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
- Place an ice cube into the glass and stir gently
- Add 0.5 oz of still water
- Garnish with orange zest
