Cocktail recipe Barrel-aged manhattan
- Pour 3.3 oz of red vermouth and 6.7 oz of Scotch whisky into a mixing glass
- Add 10 oz of bourbon and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Pour the resulting cocktail into a barrel and leave to age for half a year
- Place rocks ice into a rocks glass
- Pour the finished cocktail through a sieve into the glass
- Garnish with orange zest and a Maraschino cherry on a skewer
