Cocktail recipe Bottom’s up
- Cover 5 raspberries with 1 oz of boiling water and let steep
- Fill a bronze mug to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 0.1 oz of almond syrup, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, and 0.7 oz of cherry liqueur into a shaker
- Add 0.7 oz of Cynar and 1.7 oz bourbon
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the bronze mug
- Pour the raspberry infusion into a 1.7 oz bottle and garnish the cocktail with it
