Cocktail recipe Fairy tale
- Place 1/3 of a chopped lemon grass stalk into a shaker and muddle
- Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry jam
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice and 0.75 oz of gin
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a shot glass
- Garnish with a raspberry on a lemon grass stalk
