Cocktail recipe A night in Tunisia
- Pour 0.35 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of orange juice, 0.75 oz of red vermouth, 0.35 oz of apricot liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Add absinthe and light it up
- As the cocktail burns, squeeze orange zest over it and add a little bit of ground cinnamon
- Wait until absinthe finishes burning and drink
