Cocktail recipe The spirit of '57
- Pour 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1.25 oz of orange juice, 0.5 oz of mandarin liqueur and 1.25 oz of vodka into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of peach bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with wedges of carambola and dragonfruit, orange zest and a pineapple leaf on a cocktail skewer
