Cocktail recipe Irish boozy punch
- A five-quart punch bowl is enough for 20-25 portions
- Chop 4 pears into slices and put into the bowl
- Add 2 oranges and 2 lemons chopped on wheels, 10 cinnamon sticks and 60 seeds of cardamom
- Pour in 3.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of orange juice, 7 oz of cinnamon syrup and 33.5 oz of Irish whiskey
- Add 60 dashes of orange bitters
- Top up with duchess pear lemonade and stir gently
- Fill rocks glasses with ice cubes and punch
- Garnish each cocktail with a slice of pear and ground nutmeg
