Cocktail recipe Jam sour
- Fill a jar to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.7 oz of lemon juice, 0.3 oz of raspberry jam, and 0.1 oz of sugar syrup into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of orange bitters and 1.7 oz of scotch whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into the jar
- Fill to the top with club soda
- Garnish with an orange wedge
