Cocktail recipe Interstellar
- Pour 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of maple syrup, 0.5 oz of red vermouth and 1.5 oz of dark rum into a shaker
- Add a pinch of saffron and 5 dashes of peach bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with orange zest
