Cocktail recipe Parmigiano sour
- Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.7 oz of quail egg white, and 0.5 oz of honey into a shaker
- Add 0.5 oz of Sauternes and 0.8 oz of Pisco and shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with grated Parmesan and black ground pepper
