Cocktail recipe Apple lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Place 2 bar spoons of granulated cane sugar and a chopped lime half into a shaker and muddle
- Add 5 oz of apple sorbet
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the pitcher
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with apple wheels
