Cocktail recipe Smoking monkey
- Sprinkle the edges and inner side of a chilled cocktail glass with Islay single- malt whiskey
- Pour 0.5 oz of Pedro Ximenez sherry and 1.5 oz of homemade banana whiskey into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the aromatized cocktail glass
