Cocktail recipe Malt gold
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 2 bar spoons of crushed cookie and 1 bar spoon of cocoa powder into a shaker
- Pour in 0.5 oz of raspberry syrup, 1 oz of white vermouth and 2 oz of Scotch whisky
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with orange zest
