Cocktail recipe Taiwan tea-ni
- Pour 1 oz of lychee juice, 0.5 oz of machilus honey and 0.5 oz of gin into a teapot
- Add 3 dried figs and 1 bar spoon of lotus oolong tea
- Pour 2 oz of gin into another teapot and set it on fire
- Pour the burning gin into the teapot with other ingredients
- Stir gently and close the teapot
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and pour the contents of the teapot into it
- Shake thoroughly
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with dried figs
