Cocktail recipe Rebecca
- Place 6 bar spoons of blueberry puree and a pinch of ground Sichuan pepper into a shaker
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of blueberry liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Finely strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Serve on the saucer with pieces of salers cheese
