Cocktail recipe Monte alban
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of honey syrup, 2 oz of cherry juice and 2 oz of silver tequila
- Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently
- Garnish with a small finely chopped pineapple wedge on a cocktail skewer
