Cocktail recipe Sangrita
- A one-quart pitcher of sangrita is enough to chase 20 tequila shots
- Place a finely chopped cucumber and a half of celery stalk into a pitcher
- Pour in 2 oz of lime juice, 10 oz of orange juice, 20 oz of tomato juice and 0.75 oz of red Tabasco sauce
- Add 1 bar spoon of salt and 1 bar spoon of ground black pepper and stir gently
- Garnish with a celery stalk
- Pour silver tequila and sangrita into shot glasses
- Drink the tequila and chase it with sangrita
