Cocktail recipe Spirited away
- Place 2 ginger root wedges, 2 rosemary sprigs into a highball glass and muddle
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of green apple syrup, 0.35 oz of spiced syrup and 1.5 oz of vodka
- Top up with Sprite and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with an orange wheel, a rosemary sprig and a lemon wedge
