| Quail egg white | 0.5 | oz |
| Honey (2) | 1 | oz |
| Smoked salt | 0.03 | oz |
| Ice cubes | 13 | oz |

Cocktail recipe Honey whisper
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice and 2 oz of silver tequila into a shaker
- Add 1 dash of orange bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the highball glass
- Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of honey and 4 oz of club soda into a soda syphon
- Close the soda syphon and froth 3–4 times
- Garnish the cocktail with foam from the soda siphon and a pinch of smoked salt
