Cocktail recipe Tangerine lemonade
- A one-quart pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
- Place 2 tangerines chopped into quarters, 30 mint leaves into a pitcher and muddle
- Fill 2/3 of the pitcher with crushed ice
- Pour in 1 oz of lemon juice and 2 oz of passionfruit syrup
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint sprig
