Cocktail recipe Vanilla smash
- Place 30 mint leaves into a highball glass and muddle gently
- Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of yellow apple syrup and 1.5 oz of vanilla vodka
- Top up with club soda and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a green apple slice and a mint sprig
