Cocktail recipe Kentucky cooler
- Pour boiling water over the cinnamon sticks and leave it for 1 minute
- Place 3 heated cinnamon sticks into a highball glass and top up with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of apricot liqueur and 2 oz of bourbon
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
- Garnish with small lime wedges
