Cocktail recipe Clouds in the sky
- Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
- Place 3 slices of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of carrot juice, 1.25 oz of apple juice, 0.75 oz of maple syrup and 2 oz of gold rum
- Add 5 cloves
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the sling glass
- Garnish with a slice of ginger root and a cinnamon stick
