Cocktail recipe Jumping jessica
- Squeeze the juice out of one red bell pepper and 2 slices of ginger root
- Pour 0.1 oz of ginger juice, 1 oz of red bell pepper juice, 1 oz of lime kjuice, and 1 oz of quail egg white into a shaker
- Add 0.7 oz of sugar syrup, 0.3 oz of Aperol, 0.3 oz of green chartreuse, and 2 oz of gold tequila
- Shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
