Place wheatgrass 3 oz in blender, add water 300 oz and mix it. Add malic acid 1.5 oz, agar-agar 0.06 oz and refrigerate the mix for 30 minutes. Filter the liquid into a separate container and add sugar 8 oz. Stir and store in a refrigerator.
