Andreas Bergman’s, recipe sufficient for 23 oz: add 10 oz of chopped beets to 23 oz of vodka. Place the mixture into a bag, squeeze the air out with a vacuum sealer, and cook for 4 hours at 130,1°F. Place the bag in ice and chill. Filter the liquid into a separate bottle.
