Homemade Earl Grey gin
Karl Too's recipe, good for 3 oz: Add 1 bar spoon of Earl Grey tea to a tea strainer and pour boiling water over it. Put the tea strainer into a highball glass and add 3 oz of gin. Infuse for 5 minutes.
