A French aperitif wine produced from a combination of the white wines from Bordeaux mixed with fruit liqueurs. While the wine matures, the peel of both sweet, bitter and sour oranges and green quinine are steeped in brandy spirits. Then everything is mixed together and kept in oak barrels for 8-12 months.
