Sea buckthorn

Small yellow berries that grow on deciduous thorny shrubs mostly on the Atlantic coast of Europe and in northwestern China. Contains a mixture of carotene and carotenoids, sterols, phospholipids, vitamin K, and acts as an excellent antibacterial agent. One bar spoon contains 0.15 oz of berries.
