Pink salt

This crystallized pink seasoning comes from the northwest of the Australian state of Victoria. Salt water is discharged through underground channels on the surface of salt ponds in the summer sun and dried until it is crystallized. It is then ollected and transported to a plant in order to be washed, dried and packed.
