Luke Whearty’s recipe, good for 23 oz: pour 23 oz ml of bourbon into a plastic bag and add 1 grated tonka bean. Squeeze the air out of the bag and place in a water bath for 4 hours at 45°. Filter the liquid into a separate bottle.
