| Red maraschino cherry | 0.15 | oz |
| Crushed ice | 5 | oz |

Cocktail recipe Scottish old-fashioned
- Place 1 cane sugar cube into a rocks glass, a chopped orange wedge and lemon wedge
- Add 1 dash of Angostura bitters and a red Maraschino cherry
- Muddle lightly
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 2 oz of Scotch whisky
- Muddle and serve with muddler
