Cocktail recipe Tequila smash
- Place 5 mint leaves and 3 lemon wedges into a rocks glass and muddle
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 2 oz of silver tequila and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint leaf
