Cocktail recipe Mango cobbler
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place 2 slices of mango into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of yellow banana liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with Sprite and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a slice of mango on a cocktail skewer and a mint sprig
