Cocktail recipe Summer fizz
- Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour in 0.75 oz of creme de cassis liqueur
- Pour 2.5 oz of orange juice and 15 oz of white rum into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the highball glass
- Top up with club soda
- Garnish with a sprig of redcurrant
