Cocktail recipe Mint clan
- Place 7 mint leaves into a rocks glass
- Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of peach iced tea
- Add 2 oz of Scotch whisky and stir gently
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with two peach wedges
