Cocktail recipe Bubble bath
- Pour 1 oz of lychee liqueur, 1 oz of homemade poppyseed vodka and 1 oz of homemade lavender vodka into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Place 8 peeled and pitted lychees into a juicer and make fresh lychee juice
- Pour 2 oz of still water, 4 oz of lychee juice and 0.25 oz of rose syrup into a bowl
- Add a pinch of lecithin
- Whisk until foam appears
- Garnish the cocktail with the resulting foam
