Cocktail recipe Mezcalero
- Place the rocks ice in the Collins glass
- Pour 1 oz of Aperol and 1 oz of maurin quina into the mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of grapefruit bitters and 1 oz of mescal
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully mix with a bar spoon
- Strain into the glass
- Garnish with orange zest
