Cocktail recipe Yellow chili
- Fill the shot glass with crushed ice
- Pour 1.3 oz of ginger beer into one of the test tubes and garnish with a violet flower
- Pour 1.3 oz of tonic into the other test tube and garnish with a mint leaf
- Place the test tubes into the shot glass
- Pour 1 oz of lemon juice and 0.3 oz of quail egg white into the shaker
- Add 1 oz of simple syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch
- Shake gently without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake one more time
- Strain through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish the glass with a chili pepper
- Serve on a tray along with the test tubes in the shot glass
